Yes. We’re happy to sign a mutual non-disclosure agreement before discussing formulas, artwork or commercial details.

Yes. Our in-house lab builds formulas from your brief — target texture, actives, fragrance and claims — and you approve physical samples before any production run.

In most cases, yes. Share a reference product and we’ll aim to match its texture and performance, or adjust actives and claims where you want an improvement.

Yes. We offer formulation routes for vegan, natural-derived and cruelty-free positioning. Tell us the standard you’re targeting and we’ll formulate to it.

For OEM projects where you supply the formula, it remains yours. For ODM or private-label work built on our library, the base formula stays with XK Cosmetic; any bespoke customisation can be discussed case by case.

Most custom lines start at 1,000 pieces per SKU. Some stock formulas can start lower, while highly customised formulations may carry a higher minimum tied to the base. We confirm exact MOQs during consultation.

Yes. We prepare samples for you to test and sign off before mass production. Sample lead time is typically 7–15 days depending on the formula.

Pricing depends on formula, packaging, order volume and documentation needs. After we understand your brief we send a written quote broken down by unit cost and any one-off development or tooling fees.

A typical private-label project runs 8–16 weeks from an approved sample to delivery, depending on formula complexity, packaging lead times and order volume.

Yes. Our GMP lines are built for scale, and repeat orders reuse your approved formula and specifications so re-ordering is faster than the first run.

Yes — the service is turnkey. We source tubes, jars, airless bottles, droppers, pumps and compacts, then fill and assemble to your specification. You can also supply your own packaging if you prefer.

Yes. We handle decoration — printing, labelling and finishing — and confirm proofs with you before production.

Production is GMP-compliant per ISO 22716, supported by an ISO 9001 quality management system. Please confirm current certificate details with us for your records before going to market.

We supply MSDS and a per-batch COA as standard, plus FDA documentation for the US market and support for other regional requirements on request.

Yes. We provide the documentation and guidance needed for the US (FDA), the EU and markets across the Middle East and Southeast Asia. Final registration in your market is completed by you or your local agent.

Yes. We serve brands in 60+ markets and prepare the export documentation needed for your destination, shipping to your port or door.
